An Ondo State High Court sitting in Akure, the state capital, has sentenced a
man, Olamilekan Osho, to a six month imprisonment for getting cash under false
pretences.

justify their greedy and fraudulent lifestyles are just THRASH THRASH THRASH!!
SARS know most of the boys they stop on the streets are not
internet fraudsters and they do not care. Most of them know where the so called
fraudsters live and their bosses are on the payroll of the so called yahoo boys
because they get their share when the "client" pays.

The convict was arraigned on a five-count charge, which bothers on fraud.
Having pleaded guilty to the charge, the prosecution counsel, Dr Ben Ubi,
prayed the court to sentence Osho accordingly.
The trial judge, Justice Bode Adegbehigbe, agreed that the prosecution had
proved its case beyond reasonable doubt and found Osho guilty of the offence.
The judge sentenced him to six months’ imprisonment.
According to the court, the prison term took effect from the day of the
judgment.
The court also ordered the convict to “forfeit a sum of N1m to the EFCC as a
restitution to the victims of the crime.”.
